How is your Weave of Life
Is it as tight as you believe
Or are you hanging by a thread
Time for a thimble full of truth
To mend the thoughts in your head
How is your Weave of Life
So much can be revealing
If you're caught unravelling
True to the pattern
We all reap what we sew
A soul pricked on the spindle
Can leave you spinning thread
That finds no room on your loom
Did the master weaver
Leave you a believer
That in you he sowed
The finest Weave of Life
You feel you were owed
How is your Weave of Life
Your coat of many colours holds
The moth holes of your story
You pray that the fix is in
While your tailors shout…
It is hard to mend
What's worn inside out
A stitch in time forever holds
The rich full tapestry of you
We see how hard you held on tight
As the frayed edges show
Evidence of all the times you flew
Did the master weaver
Leave you a believer
That in you he sowed
The finest Weave of Life
You feel you were owed
How is your Weave of Life
Is it as tight as you believe
Or are you hanging by a thread
Time for a thimble full of truth
To mend the thoughts in your head
How is your Weave of Life
