By creating an account or using SongwriterLink, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you have questions, contact us.
Membership costs £25 per year, billed annually. Your membership renews automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a membership period.
We reserve the right to change the membership fee with 30 days' notice to existing members.
You retain full copyright over everything you publish. By submitting a lyric, you grant SongwriterLink a non-exclusive licence to display, format, and distribute it on the platform and in promotional materials.
You confirm that every lyric you submit is your original work, that you hold all necessary rights to it, and that it does not infringe the copyright of any third party. Publishing work that is not your own may result in immediate account suspension.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, submit plagiarised content, or engage in behaviour that harms other members or the platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you and give you an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.
SongwriterLink is provided "as is". We make no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid in membership fees in the preceding twelve months.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email of any material changes. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
