Hey I'm Jesse a storyteller who writes across multiple genres including R&B (trap/soul), contemporary pop rock, alternative, YA/coming-of-age, and faith-based music. I have a catalog of original lyrics spanning themes of love, loss, resilience, and identity. It started with a poem I decided to run through an AI music tool just to hear what it might sound like. That one experiment opened a rabbit hole I haven't climbed out of yet. I write lyrics the way I write poetry. It starts with a feeling, a character, a scene or a moment, and letting the words find their shape. I may come in with a concept or a theme, but I'll be honest: I'm not a singer and I don't produce music. I'll bring is the words. Strong and emotionally honest lyrics looking for the right human hands to build something real around them.
